1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you to access the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by you, excluding bonus funds.

2. Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws. 2.3 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account. Creating or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension. 2.4 Legal Capacity

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Platform's services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, an active mobile phone number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. boss01 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify boss01 immediately at [email protected]. boss01 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information, including false date-of-birth declarations, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required.

3.4 Account Updates

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or Account suspension pending re-verification.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement

boss01 is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing any withdrawal. The standard KYC documentation required includes: (a) a clear, legible photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP); (b) a selfie photograph taken while holding the KTP; and (c) where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot).

4.2 Timing

KYC verification is typically completed within one to two business hours during operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Submissions received outside these hours will be processed the following business day. boss01 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to verify identity.

4.3 Refusal and Delays

boss01 may delay or refuse withdrawals if KYC verification cannot be completed. Where an Account is found to have provided fraudulent documentation, the Account will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

boss01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian bank transfer channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and OCBC NISP. The payment account used for deposit must be registered in the same name as the boss01 Account. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your Account tier and VIP level
• Processing time: Instant upon confirmation of bank transfer
• All deposits must originate from a bank account in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned after deduction of any applicable transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction
• Processing time: Typically under 5 minutes for verified accounts during peak hours (09:00–23:00 WIB)
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in your own name and matching your KYC documentation.
• boss01 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of a significant amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5.4 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit is not credited to your Account within 30 minutes of a confirmed bank transfer, you should contact our support team via live chat and provide the transfer receipt. boss01 will investigate and resolve the discrepancy within 24 hours. Refunds for failed deposits will be credited to your originating bank account within two to five business days.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on boss01 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods as stated at the time the promotion is communicated. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific conditions applicable to that promotion.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for the welcome bonus upon completing first-time registration and making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit promotion. Accounts deemed to have been created solely for the purpose of claiming the welcome bonus, or where patterns consistent with bonus abuse are detected, will have all bonus-related winnings voided.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is as follows: the bonus amount must be wagered a stated number of times (e.g., 20x) before any withdrawal is permitted. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by category: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–30%, table games 10–20%, and sports bets 100% (settled). boss01 reserves the right to modify contribution rates with reasonable prior notice.

6.4 Abuse and Manipulation

boss01 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, use of betting strategies that guarantee near-zero risk across all outcomes (arbitrage), use of multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion, and collusion with other players. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and all associated winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent Account closure.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

boss01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retrospectively affect a bonus already actively in play at the time of the modification.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games on boss01 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been i ndependently tested and verified by accredited third-party auditing agencies. Game outcomes are determined purely by chance and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by boss01 or by any player.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets

All sports bets placed on boss01 are governed by the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or significant rule change, boss01 will settle bets in accordance with industry-standard settlement rules published on our site. Where ambiguity arises, boss01's decision on bet settlement shall be final and binding.

7.3 Live Betting

Live or in-play betting carries an inherent time delay due to technical streaming constraints. boss01 reserves the right to reject or void any bet placed after an outcome-determining event has occurred, even if that event was not visible to the player at the time of bet placement due to technical latency. All live betting odds are subject to change in real time.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

boss01 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) technical issues have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (c) the bet conflicts with these Terms; or (d) the bet forms part of a suspected fraudulent or collusive pattern.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits may apply to certain bets or game categories. These limits are communicated on the relevant game or betting page. boss01 reserves the right to cap payouts at these published maximum amounts regardless of the stake size wagered.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure:

• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Creating multiple Accounts or sharing an Account with another person;
• Providing false or misleading personal information, including date of birth;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name;
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive betting practices;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, system errors, or game bugs for personal advantage;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code;
• Laundering funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay;
• Abusing bonus terms or wagering contributions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing boss01 staff or other players;
• Using offensive, defamatory, or obscene language in chat functions or communications;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform's functionality or reputation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software, and data compilations, is the property of boss01 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without express written permission from boss01.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

11.3 Force Majeure

boss01 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, internet service provider failures, power outages, or interruptions to telecommunications networks.

11.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll, setting personal limits, and gambling responsibly. boss01 provides tools to assist with responsible gaming but cannot prevent problem gambling behavior. 12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by boss01

boss01 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity; (c) we are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority; or (d) continuing to provide services would expose boss01 to legal or reputational risk.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered bank account within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination for breach of Terms, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided. boss01 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where fraudulent activity is suspected pending completion of an internal investigation and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boss01 is licensed and incorporated. To the extent permitted by law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

13.2 Informal Resolution

13.3 Limitation on Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Platform must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

Material changes may be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
